Property Plus Pro Services Inc. is an insured business providing handyman, repair, and property-improvement services.

Florida does not issue a general handyman contractor license. Certain types of construction, electrical, plumbing, and other specialized work require appropriately licensed contractors.

We respect those requirements and will explain when a project falls outside the services we’re permitted to perform.

Some home repairs are excellent DIY projects, while others require specialized tools, experience, or a professional assessment.

Before starting, consider the complexity of the repair, the tools required, potential safety concerns, and the consequences if something goes wrong.

If you’re unsure, we’re happy to discuss the project and help you determine the best approach.

Sometimes a little professional guidance can save considerable time, frustration, and expense.

Estimates, Pricing & Scheduling

and scheduling your project

How much do you charge?

Pricing depends on the type of work, project complexity, materials, and time required.

Smaller repairs and maintenance tasks may be priced using an hourly rate or a minimum service charge, while larger projects may receive a written estimate based on the scope of work.

Our goal is to provide clear, straightforward pricing so you understand the anticipated costs before work begins.

Contact us to discuss your project and receive pricing information.

We offer an initial consultation to discuss your project and determine the next steps.

For straightforward jobs, we may be able to provide preliminary pricing using photographs, measurements, and a description of the work.

Projects requiring an on-site assessment, extensive measurements, or detailed planning may involve an estimate or consultation fee. Any applicable fee will be explained before scheduling.

We can help identify, source, and purchase the materials needed for your project. If materials are purchased by us we will give you the receipts for reimbursement.

If you’ve already purchased materials or have specific products in mind, we’re happy to discuss using them, provided they’re appropriate for the installation.

Material costs, purchasing arrangements, and any applicable pickup or delivery charges will be discussed before work begins.

We provide invoices that clearly outline the work performed and the amount due.

Available payment methods will be confirmed when scheduling your project. Any deposit requirements, payment arrangements, or applicable processing fees will be discussed in advance.

Absolutely!

Small repairs and maintenance projects are an important part of what we do.

Whether you need pictures hung, a door adjusted, shelving installed, a toilet repaired, or a few items crossed off your household to-do list, we’re happy to help.

Whenever practical, combining several smaller tasks into one visit can make the appointment more efficient and cost-effective.

What should I ask hiring a handyman?

Before hiring anyone to work on your home, consider asking about their experience, insurance coverage, services offered, pricing structure, and project expectations.

It’s also helpful to ask whether the work requires a licensed contractor or permit, who will provide materials, and how unexpected issues will be handled.

A trustworthy service provider should be willing to answer your questions clearly and explain what they can and cannot do.

Of course!

You’re welcome to be home while we work. In fact, being available can be helpful if questions arise or decisions need to be made.

We simply ask that the immediate work area remain clear for safety and efficiency.

If you won’t be home, we can discuss access arrangements and communication expectations before your appointment.

A little preparation can help your project go smoothly.

If possible, clear personal belongings, furniture, and other obstacles from the immediate work area. Make sure pets are safely secured and that we have access to any necessary utilities or equipment.

If you’ve purchased materials or fixtures, please have them available before the appointment.

For multiple repairs, preparing a list of the items you’d like addressed can also help us make the best use of our time.

Sometimes a repair reveals an issue that wasn’t visible during the initial assessment.

If that happens, we’ll explain what we’ve found, discuss the available options, and review any potential changes to the project’s scope or cost.

We won’t simply proceed with additional work and surprise you with unexpected charges.

If the issue requires a licensed specialty contractor, we’ll explain that as well.

Our goal is to keep you informed so you can make confident decisions about your home

We believe communication and attention to detail are essential to a successful project.

When the work is finished, we’ll review the completed tasks with you, explain anything you should know about the installation or repair, and address any questions or concerns.

Whenever practical, we encourage homeowners to inspect the finished work before the appointment concludes.

We want you to understand what was done and feel confident about the results.

You’re certainly not alone! Home improvement projects often involve different opinions about appearance, functionality, materials, and budgets.

Our recommendation is to discuss your priorities together before work begins and identify the decisions you both agree on.

Photographs, samples, and written project details can make those conversations easier.

We’re happy to explain practical options and help you understand how different choices may affect the finished result.

Ultimately, it’s your home, and we want both of you to feel comfortable with the decisions being made.
