The Challenge
The original backyard lacked a defined layout and comfortable spaces for relaxing or entertaining. The goal was to turn an ordinary outdoor area into something more inviting, private, and functional.
The challenge was to work with the existing yard while creating multiple levels, improving the landscaping, and establishing distinct areas for outdoor living.
The design needed to bring together terraced landscaping, privacy fencing, a pergola, seating, and a firepit into one cohesive backyard retreat.
Our Solution
The transformation began with extensive grading and excavation to reshape the backyard and establish multiple levels for outdoor living.
Custom retaining walls and block construction created defined terraces, while privacy fencing helped establish a more secluded environment.
A handcrafted pergola, built-in stucco seating, and a custom outdoor kitchen featuring a grill, sink, cabinetry, decorative tilework, and raised decking brought comfort and functionality to the space.
Additional features included electrical improvements, integrated planters, a custom firepit, and carefully designed landscaping that tied the entire backyard together.
Every aspect of the transformation—from excavation and construction to the finishing details—was personally completed by Property Plus Pro Services’ owner.
